CALLISTO baboon version, general documents

This version of the spectrometer is dedicated to detect transponder electromagnetic waves from animal collar transmitter in VHF and UHF band.

The instrument is compatible to the original Callisto in a sense that it produces the same output files to be compatible with e-Callisto network.
